Received this email yesterday from a friend. I felt happy receiving it, an animated e-card featuring a cute slapstick of two cartoon characters (whom, honestly, I’m not familiar with… ).

She’s thanking me for having prayed for her intentions. Upon reading her message I paused and thank God. The gesture moved me to write this entry, to share how good the Lord is, an assurance that prayers still work.
